Booster personal data processing consent

This English text is provided for convenience. The consent is given under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and the Russian version is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy the Russian text prevails.

By submitting a booster application on boostlock.ru, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the site administration processing my personal data on the following terms:

1. Personal data covered by this consent

  • surname, first name and patronymic;
  • contact email address;
  • Telegram username and Telegram ID;
  • a screenshot of my Deadlock in-game profile;
  • a photo of my face together with an identity document (passport);
  • game account data (nickname, identifier, rank and similar);
  • Discord ID and username (when performing group and coaching orders), obtained through Discord OAuth 2.0;
  • clients' game account credentials (Steam login and password) — for the duration of the accepted order only, in encrypted form, with no right to store them or pass them to third parties.

2. Purposes of processing

  • identity verification and age confirmation (18+);
  • verification that I own the game account;
  • admission to performing boost, calibration and coaching orders on client accounts;
  • contacting me about order fulfilment via Telegram and Discord;
  • calculating my remuneration and payouts through the service wallet;
  • resolving disputes and preventing fraud.

3. How the data is processed

Processing includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (amendment, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the service administrators, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

4. The booster's obligations regarding client data

By accepting an order, I undertake:

  • to use the Steam login and password provided by the client solely to perform the accepted order;
  • never to disclose the client's credentials to third parties in any form;
  • not to keep the client's credentials after the order is completed anywhere outside the service's encrypted storage;
  • when giving coaching — to communicate with the client only through the dedicated Discord channel created by the service, and never to ask the client for access to their game account;
  • to communicate with clients correctly and respectfully in Telegram and Discord chats.

5. Term of this consent

This consent is effective from the moment it is given, throughout my cooperation with the service, and for 3 (three) years after it ends, for accounting purposes and possible claims.

6. Withdrawing consent

I am aware that I may withdraw this consent by sending a written request to boostlock@inbox.ru. Withdrawing consent terminates my booster status and leads to the deletion of all personal data I have provided, except for data that must be retained under Russian law.

7. Confirmation of accuracy and age

I confirm that the personal data I have provided is accurate and up to date. I also confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
