Raising your rank is our job

Formally, boosting breaks Valve's user agreement, just like in any other competitive game. We keep the risk low: we work anonymously, we don't advertise the game's brand publicly, and boosters play carefully, without obvious signs that the player has changed. Nobody on this market can promise a hundred percent guarantee — but we have had no bans among our clients.

All boosters are picked from the top of the European ladder — not random freelancers. If you are not happy with the result, write to support within 24 hours of the order being completed: we will look into it and, if the booster objectively failed, revisit the order.

If the order hasn't started or fell through on our side, we refund the full amount. If part of the work is done, the refund is calculated pro rata for the remaining part. All refunds are handled by the same support channel where the order was placed.

The credentials are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and become visible only to the booster who took your specific order. Access is deleted once the order is complete. Steam Guard is confirmed in one click — the account's email is never passed to the booster.

A booster picks the order up within about 15 minutes of payment on average. The rest depends on the scope (rank → rank, calibration, game grind) — the current estimate is shown in the calculator before payment.

Boosting — a booster raises your current rank by playing for you. Calibration — calibration matches are played for you so you don't start from a lowered rank. Coaching — an experienced player reviews your mistakes and replays without touching the account: you play yourself, with guidance.

Ranked in Deadlock unlocks only after a certain number of games in the standard mode — 60 games overall, plus 15 wins on each of three specific heroes. Below that threshold ranked is simply unavailable. The «60-game grind» and the «per-hero grind» — we play that through for you, so you get into ranked instead of spending dozens of hours in casual.

Via Telegram — usually within a few minutes during working hours. Order status and progress reports also arrive automatically, you don't have to ask.
