User personal data processing consent

This English text is provided for convenience. The consent is given under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and the Russian version is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy the Russian text prevails.

By registering and/or placing an order on boostlock.ru (the “Site”), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give this consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. Personal data processed

2.1. Identification and contact data (processed on registration and for every type of service):

  • email address;
  • password hash (the password itself is never stored);
  • Telegram ID, Telegram username and display name — when you sign in with or link Telegram;
  • IP address, session identifier, browser and operating system details (for technical operation and security).

2.2. Data collected when ordering match support services:

  • in-game order parameters (current and target rank, selected heroes);
  • Steam game account credentials (login, password) — processed by the Operator in encrypted form, disclosed to the Coach performing the order for the duration of that order only, and deleted once it is completed.

2.3. Data collected when ordering group support or coaching (Discord):

  • Discord user ID and username — obtained through Discord OAuth 2.0 (scopes identify, guilds.join) after I explicitly grant permission on the Discord authorisation page;
  • messages I send in the order's Discord channel — stored on Discord Inc. servers under its own policy.

2.4. Data collected at payment:

  • amount, currency, invoice identifier and payment method — passed to the payment provider I pay through;
  • bank card details are never passed to or stored by the Operator;
  • the crypto wallet address is not passed to the Operator.

3. Purposes of processing

  • registration and authentication on the Site;
  • placing, paying for and performing orders for the Services (coaching, match support, calibration support);
  • passing the data required to perform the order to the Coach;
  • notifying me of the order status by email, Telegram, Discord and the Site notification system;
  • technical support and correspondence;
  • handling claims and issuing refunds;
  • information security and fraud prevention;
  • compliance with Russian law (accounting and tax records).

4. Operations performed on personal data

The Operator may process my personal data in the following ways: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (amendment, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

5. Disclosure to third parties

The Operator discloses my personal data to third parties only to the extent and for the purposes required to provide the Services:

  • the Coach performing my Order — the relevant Order data;
  • the payment provider and the acquiring bank — the data required to process the payment;
  • Discord Inc. — within the use of Discord features (group support, coaching);
  • the hosting provider and the telecom operator — within the technical infrastructure that delivers the service;
  • state authorities — in the cases expressly provided for by Russian law.

No other disclosure of personal data takes place.

6. Term of this consent

This consent is effective from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn or my account is deleted. After the account is deleted my personal data is erased within 30 (thirty) days, except for records the Operator is required by Russian law to retain (payment records — 5 years for accounting and tax purposes).

7. Withdrawing consent

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to boostlock@inbox.ru or to the postal address 105120, г. Москва, ул. Нижняя Сыромятническая, д. с25, кв. 11. Withdrawing consent ends my ability to use the service and leads to the deletion of my personal data within the periods stated above.

8. My rights

  • to obtain information about the personal data processed, its sources and retention periods;
  • to demand that my personal data be corrected, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or no longer necessary for the stated purpose;
  • to appeal against the Operator's acts or omissions to the authority for the protection of data subjects' rights (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.

9. Confirmations

I confirm that:

  • I am at least 18 years old, or I am aged 14 or over and act with the consent of my legal representatives;
  • I have read the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer;
  • all the data I have provided is accurate.

Registering on the Site or placing an Order after reading this document constitutes my explicit, informed and voluntary consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out above.
